"NO DEPOSIT BACK" Katherine Clyde, 46, argues with attorney Paul Woods, who was representing the owner of city-condemned Garden Apartments. The residents were angry about not getting back their security deposits. Clyde works part time as a companion aide earning $7 an hour. Without the security deposit, she can't rent another apartment.
