Lay Catholics gather in a church basement to discuss the crisis. A group of parishioners angry about their church's handling of the abusive priests transformed into Voice of the Faithful, a nationwide lay reform movement claiming 25,000 members. Their motto is "Keep the Faith, Change the Church". Several bishops around the country have banned the group from meeting on church property.
