Questioning a man who was on parole from prison and
hanging around in a known drug sale area. The man spoke rudely to the
police, was handcuffed while his name was run on the computer, and found to
be on parole. A parolee is not permitted to be in the presence of people
using drugs. He was a logical suspect because the alley he was in is known
to be a point of sale for illegal drugs. The man was eventually released
after receiving a warning.
