"National - Private Property"
Post war anarchy was an ideal situation for stealing
and almost everyone was involved because each one of them believe that the
national property is in a part their own property. Baghdad inhabitants with
sugar bags stolen from the Trade Fair area (mansur disctrict) which was bombed
by Americans.
