Former smoker and cancer survivor Peg Browning, 72, from Elicott City, Md., a prisoner to an oxygen tank, she has undergone a tracheotomy, 5 angioplasties and endured over 30 surgeries. Peg grows weaker daily as she rests on the two oxygen tanks that sit at the base of her front door.
