The remains of those buried on Sept. 20th are passed
hand to hand over the crowd of mourners during the opening of the Potocari
memorial site that is dedicated to the approximately 8,000 victims of the
massacre.
The site was officially opened on Sept. 20th 2003. Bill Clinton
was present. 107 victims were buried during the ceremony.
