Donald Tullis washes his clothes in his tub because he doesn't have a
washer and dryer in his North Side apartment.
Tullis says he doesn't like to go to the laundry because it takes up too much
time and money. He also, worries if it is too busy he won't be home in time to
meet his autistic Tim, who spends the day at a learning center.
