Maxine Maas had her hair professionally done for Napa
Mayor Ed Henderson's retirement party on March 30, 2005. Maas said she's been
'watching the mayor for years.' Maas, who recently celebrated her 80th
birthday, leads an active social life. She is a serial volunteer, devoting a
large part of her time to giving back to the community.
