"GREEN ENERGY, YELLOW POISON"

LM Glasfiber began the production of wings for windmills in 1978 and has over the years employed more than 10.000 workers in Denmark. Even though many workers have been working in a toxic working environment for years, only few have had their illness recognized as a consequence of their working environment. Today the company is called LM Wind Power, are British owned and are employing less than 200 workers in Denmark. Nearly all of the production of wings have been outsourced to other countries.

LM Wind Power is the largest manufacturer of wind turbine blades in the world. LM Wind Power has manufactured more than 130,000 blades since 1978, contributing to saving nature more than 74 million tons of CO2 each year.
