"Lost Dreams in Tuokou"
In November 2013, the Hydropower Station went to the last phase of major and minor dam construction. The estimated investment to the hydropower project was 6.3 billion Yuan in 2005. Yet in 2013 the actual investment already exceeded 9.5 billion Yuan. 42000 people were forced to move, houses of 1.701 million m2 demolished, and 7 towns to be re-built.
