"Asthma Concern" A NYPD Traffic officer, left, has problems breathing due to her asthma and the dust in the air caused by the fall of the Twin Towers. The officers sought refuge in the Chase Manhattan lobby located on Broadway a block from where the World Trade Center's towers stood.
