"Bird on a Wire" Sealy perches daringly above pursuing police officers on support wires running to the Brooklyn Bridge's suspension cables. The event, which takes place at the height of morning rush hour, temporarily shuts down the bridge that accommodates the crossing of more than 150,000 cars on an average weekday.
