The prisoners can get one visit a year. Handcuffed on his way to the visiting room Vladimir gets permission to pick some wild flowers. He needs the flowers to make a proposal to Jelena a pen friend he has been writing with for almost a year, but never seen in person. Jelena agreed to marry Vladimir so now the couple hope they can get married in the prison in the nearest future, even though things like that never has occurred on the prison island.
