"EVENING MEAL BREAK" Inmates have an hour to bathe, wash their clothes, and eat their evening meal, which is a bowl of white rice. Five years ago $4.5 million from the international community was used to put roofs on the old cells, where prisoners had been left exposed to the elements, and upgraded some bathrooms and shower facilities .
