Juan Lugo hugs his son Jose, 19, during water therapy in
the Atlantic Ocean at Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. Jose
and his identical twin brother Steven were born with cerebral palsy and the
family eventually moved to Milwaukee to get better medical attention for the
boys. The family returns to their native Puerto Rico each year to spend part
of their summer with family and friends.
