Cucuta, Colombia. The city has suffered a wave of killings at the hands of
the United Self-Defence Forces of Colombia (AUC), a right-wing paramilitary
group. The killings continue even months after the AUC supposedly disarmed in
the Cucuta region as part of peace negotiations with the Colombian
