Donald Johnson of downtown New Orleans shelters under
an umbrella as he waits for the buses to arrive. About 2,000 people wait at
an evacuation point set up on the I-10 Freeway at Bonnabel Blvd., north of
downtown New Orleans. They wait for buses to arrive to take them to shelters.
Some have been waiting at this point since Tuesday.
