"Impossible Task"
A young man scoops volcanic ash from his roof in the
decimated village of Bilbao, Ecuador, a town near the active volcano of
Tungurahua on August 17, 2006. The weight of the ash destroyed the two
churches of Bilbao, caving in the roofs. Lava rocks the size of baseballs
came raining down on communities located near Tungurahua. The people of
Bilbao have been forced to live in another village.
