The McShane family laughs as Memuna takes control of
the gavel at the DC courthouse after Memuna's adoption hearing. She is now
officially Memunatu Mansaray McShane. Her mother Kelly laughs as Memuna
climbs on a wall and throws her arm up in victory as they leave the building.
