"Hope for the Future"
Painted-on window dressings brighten a boarded,
dilapidated house awaiting restoration in the Carriage Town Historical
Neighborhood. The neighborhood was the home of Billy Durant, the founder of
General Motors and his carriage factory. The homes are protected from
demolition with hope that the oldest Flint neighborhood will saved.
